God could not be everywhere

and therefore he made mothers

M - O - T - H - E - R

"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell

"MOTHER" A word that means the world to me.

To My Own Special Mum

When I'm feeling weary,   when I'm feeling blue,

I just ring up my Mum, and she knows what to do.

She's my best friend, my strongest supporter, my loyal ally,

She's always there to help me, when things go awry,

Mum, I want to thank you, for all you've given me,

You've helped me do all the things I wanted to, and be the best I could be

What Is A Mother?

She's someone who's always there to lend a hand, someone who cares and understands

She helps and guides us through our troubles and is always there with lots of cuddles!

She's someone on whom you can depend, a lifelong special caring friend

She supports you in all you're hairbrained schemes and makes sense of all you dreams

So Mother, this page is specially made for you

With love from your Daughter and thanks to you !

Mummy, even though I'm only (nearly) three,

I've done this little poem

To tell you what you mean to me,

You tape the Tellie Tubbies for me to see,

You make me baked beans & sausages for my tea,

You tidy my room and make my bed

And rushed me to hospital when I hit my head,

You change my nappy when I poo,
Even though I should use the loo,
You read me stories and sing me songs,
And scold me gently for any wrongs,
I love your cuddles after my bath,
And the funny things I do that make you
laugh,
You work so hard to make my life right,
Even when your time is tight,
To me you are the best Mummy in the
whole wide world,
And you make my life safe and happy
whilst I'm a child.
(No tears now, please Sharon !!)
